In stock items ship from our Fort Thomas, KY location within 24 hours of completed purchase. Online Return policy:
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items shipped out of the greater Cincinnati area within 14 days of receipt, to go back on the original form of payment. These exchanges or returns will be done by mail; we will be happy to ship you a different size with free outgoing shipping. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Merchandise will only be accepted in new condition with no signs of wear or use and with original tags attached. Returns of online items for exchange or instore credit only will be accepted after 14, and up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If no other items interest you at the time of the exchange, a store credit will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are only available for online purchases shipped outside the greater Cincinnati area. All items shipped within the area or purchases made in store are subject to our normal return policy, exchanges or instore credit only within 15 days, with receipt.
